Bharat Forge, an auto component manufacturer has announced its entry into the electric two- and three-wheeler space with its partner, Tork Motors. Tork Motors is a Pune-based electric two-wheeler startup that was founded in 2009 and it's going to make the debut with an electric.

Bharat Forge, an auto components manufacturer, is set to enter the Indian electric two-wheeler space by teaming up with Tork Motors. The latter is a Pune-based EV manufacturer.

Bharat Forge, through its associate company Tork Motors will now join a crowded field of competitors in the EV market that includes startups like Ola Electric, Ather Energy, and top automakers like Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Auto, TVS Motor Company, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra and Hyundai Motor India.
